Carefully read the product's owners manual, available on the appropriate support page and check the support page for help before contacting us by E-mail or phone. E-mails are not an efficient way to resolve a question, it may take several messages back and forth before we even figure out the nature of your problem. Telephone support is usually quicker with the product in hand.

If you have determined that your Optim Engineering product is damaged or defective, please complete our OnLine RMA form and get an RMA number assigned before you return it for service.
